Join me for a 45 minute virtual Zumba Fitness class! This class combines Latin and international music with fun dance moves. The class incorporates interval training which alternates fast and slow rhythms to help improve your cardiovascular health. No prior experience or equipment needed. A 60 minute class with short intervals of cardio, strength and core training in 3 rounds. A step and light weights are ideal but this class can be performed without any equipment. All levels welcome!

All you need is a stepper, but all movements can be adjusted to the floor. This class is a total body step class for 15 minutes!

Sweat With Sav
Sweat With Sav is a virtual, feel great workout fueled by dynamic exercises and good vibes. This is a 40 minute class with choreographed movement to the beat of the music, combining cardio and bodyweight toning. No equipment required.

This full body HIIT class requires no weights! We will be blasting body fat using easy and super effective bodyweight exercises. All ages welcome come sweat while we jam to some great urban tunes!

Barre with Adrienne
A 60 minute cardio class that blends basic ballet moves with strength training. A chair and a 1-3 lb dumbbell are optional.

STRONG Nation for Maji
STRONG Nation™ combines 60 minutes of HIIT with the science of Synced Music Motivation. The only things you need are a mat, a towel, and water. Good shoes and plenty of space are also encouraged.

Movement Medicine with Cassie
A 60 minute dance-inspired, full body movement class. You will need yoga mat or towel for comfort.

Yoga Flow with Chloe
Join Chloe’s class for a 1 hour yoga flow that aligns movement with breath work that will leave you feeling balance and energized. Only a mat needed, yoga blocks optional!

Hips & Hamstring Yoga with Adrienne
This 60 minute yoga class will be an open level yoga class focused on opening the hips and stretching the hamstrings. You will need a yoga mat, water, and a towel.

Power Yoga with Nina
This 60 minute power yoga combines traditional yoga poses with strength training. It’s an all around great physical and mental practice! Yoga blocks or stack of books are recommended to assist or deepen poses. Towels are great for sensitive knees.

Full Body Strength with Tori
In this 40 minute class, we are working legs, core, arms, and more! All of the moves can be done with your own body weight but additional weights are welcomed as an extra challenge.

A 60 minute pilates class welcoming all levels. Just bring a mat or a towel, no other equipment required.

Vinyasa Flow with Nami
A 60 minute VINYASA practice focused on moving your body and cleansing your mind. No experience needed, all levels are welcome. Yoga mat or towel encouraged.

45 minutes of total body HIIT training. This class is open to all ability levels, minimal equipment needed. A pair of dumbbells is ideal, but can also be modified with bodyweight or other items.

Class registration fee: $15
Bootcamp with Loren
A 60 minute short combo of basic step moves for cardio, light weight training for upper and lower body and core exercises in 7 rounds. A step and light hand weights are recommended but class can be adapted to the floor and done without a step or weights. A 10" band, 8"-9" rubber ball, and a 55 cm stability ball are also recommended but not required (a large bath sheet, folded in thirds and rolled up can substitute for the ball and alternative equipment-free options will be provided).

Peloton 20 min Pop Ride with Cody Rigsby
Peloton riders can register for the 20 minute Pop Ride with Cody Rigsby on their Peloton app/bike before the class. Please add the tag #MoveForMaji so that you can compete with other participants on the leaderboard and track your miles! Participants are encouraged to donate $3-$5 to The Maji Movement per mile rode upon class completion (donation link below).
We encourage you to use the tag #MoveForMaji during all of your Peloton rides throughout the month of June and continue donating per mile!
