A 60 minute short combo of basic step moves for cardio, light weight training for upper and lower body and core exercises in 7 rounds. A step and light hand weights are recommended but class can be adapted to the floor and done without a step or weights. A 10" band, 8"-9" rubber ball, and a 55 cm stability ball are also recommended but not required (a large bath sheet, folded in thirds and rolled up can substitute for the ball and alternative equipment-free options will be provided).
